For more than 90 years, Lim Lao Ngow has stayed true to a family legacy — handcrafting egg noodles and “bouncing” fishballs that have become icons of Yaowarat, Bangkok’s Chinatown, and now beyond.

Fishballs Made the Right Way

Our fishballs are crafted from fresh, premium sea fish — no flour, no preservatives, and absolutely no fillers.
Through a careful, traditional process, the fish is mixed, shaped, and cooked to achieve the signature texture customers call:


​"Bouncing Fishballs" — tender, springy, and full of natural flavor.

This uncompromising standard is the reason generations of diners continue to choose Lim Lao Ngow.

Egg Noodles With Heart and Heritage

Our classic egg noodles begin with top-grade flour and fresh eggs, mixed and rolled by hand for the perfect bite — aromatic, chewy, and full of character.
But heritage also inspires innovation.
To offer something exceptional, we developed our Signature Egg Noodle, made with:
  • Double egg ratio
  • Our family’s secret wheat flour blend
  • Thin, flat-cut shape
The result is deeper color, richer aroma, and a satisfyingly springy chew — a noodle that stands proudly apart.
This Signature Egg Noodle is available exclusively at our Bistro branches and Chiang Mai.

To meet a new generation of customers seeking quality, flavor and authenticity, we introduced Lim Lao Ngow Bistro — a modern expression of the same culinary DNA.
